The Flow Trek is their off road shoe, they have a more solid studded sole than the standard VFF shoes. They have a neoprene upper and are pretty warm, great for winter training in the rain. Since I started running barefoot, my feet seem to have got more muscular and these shoes, which were snug are now tight, so I need a size up. I have used them mainly on mud and grass, so there has not been much wear (I can send a photo if you would like to see for your self) and I have washed them every 2-3 runs, so they are not stinky! I normally wear a size 10 end these are Vibram size 41. They have a very strange sizing system. To measure your feet for fit follow this link:

I am after £65 posted to a UK destination. A great value way to get into the wonderful world of running in minimalist shoes.
