    Re: Kinder Dozen

I am thinking of putting a bit more climb into my training runs, the obvious change is to use the 'Dozen' route in reverse from Sandy Hays to Kinder Low, only I haven't done this bit yet.
Getting off Sandy Hays to the river via Mermaids is easy enough, any idea's what am I heading for or what bearing from the River Kinder to hit the plateau for Kinder Low?

    Hi Dan
We did this last week and I believe we had a similar climb in the trial 3 or 4 years ago
It's a Tough rocky climb I head round right lower doen then up a blunt ridge just before Cluther rocks, It's not quite as bad as it seems.

Paul and Dave completed the dozen in a little under nine hours; and will no doubt be back to knock an hour or two off that time before spring's out.
