Great day with Pennine's Tim, and Ian Chorlian Got around in 8:19. Hoped to break 8 hrs but there were too many navigation cockups, the worst of them visiting Crookstone Knoll twice! Chorlian (a BG contender this year) reckons it is harder than any run he has done in the lakes.
Rich, did any of your lads drop a black glove on Fairbrook Naize, I have it. Saw your mudclaw tracks loads of times. We got to your start at 8:30 so 45 minutes behind you.

We had a grand day, didnt leave the snkae bridge until 8.10 so surprised you see us just ahead there were out 8 of us to start with and 5 completed in just under 8 hs. We saw your mudclaw prints for last couple of ascents. Glove not mine will ask others
