Good luck to AJ. Great honour to represent England at a CG.

2.30 in the morning - couldn't be a worse time really for us in the UK to watch. Fair play to those getting up/staying up to watch.
    When in doubt, brew up.

Cheers for your comments chaps. Really disappointed with my performance which resulted in me dropping out due to hamstring problems. Ignore the BBC website about me being injured Doha as thats rubbish. I think I have enough knowledge to know if to race or not. Plan from this point forward is for a few weeks off to allow myself to recover from a big mileage year and to do some stretching and core stability work. Will then decide if to run an April marathon and if so which one.
Dont forget the Gravy Pud on Sunday 5th December chaps.
