Here we go again - 7 fiercely competitive races through the winter. Caernarfon on Sunday over a measured 10K course. 20 mph winds behind us for the first 4K according to the weather forecast - we'll be sheltered from the winds by the high hedges on the way back - could be some good times!
went round the course this week during my lunch break,lovely setting for a race when the weather is good ,as it was the other day.i don`t think i`ll be doing it though,not really my bag,although these races are very good training tools for speed work.

Not as windy as forecast - good support from Eryri Harriers, Blakey on the halfway water stop doing a grand job.
Results up very quickly - this is what we like!!!
