Can't do the descents, far too steep & scary for me. Not much good on the ups either, they're just too hard. Quite looking forward to it though

there are rumours of a spring somewhere up there, complete with metal cup on chain but I aint seen it.
I take my own, plenty of it too.

Well, I was shown this spring - complete with mug! - once by a pal...and although I'm not sure I could find it again think that if you come across it Muddylug then you'll be taking a bit of a divert

Mind...if you're carrying water round with you....we must meet up at the start and I'll see if I can stay with you...you know...just to help take some of the weight...every mile or so...
