From what I remember, the majority is signed and ridable (depending if your calves were up to it. The first section has loads of gates (we worked as a team opening and closing gates) One bit was hairy on the bike, but ridable by the fitter ones. As it is designed for horses as well, I should think it has been fairly well maintained over the years (hopefully!)

To the Regiment - I Wish I Was There
I reccied leg 4 last week. Its all well marked and the tracks are easy to follow especially if your using the route description.
I will be there, don't know what leg yet until team captain tells me!
I've done leg 3 and leg 5 in previous years, enjoyed both but leg 5 is probably favourite out of the two.
