Why walk when you can run.
It was good thanks, I was 20th in 58.30ish, which is ok for me cos I usually do about 56 on a flat course. Really enjoyed it, great scenery and atmosphere, and I'll definitely do it again next year. The picture got safe and sound to the organisers - I think they either gave it to the men's winner or to Rebecca Robinson who smashed the women's record. Are you back racing again soon? Thanks for the offer of doing the Gravy Pud 5, I'll try and do it but I'm doing a x-country the day before and then I'm out straight after for my birthday beers, so might not be in peak condition!
In that case I reckon this is you

I was up for it too. It was a glorious day and the views, particularly in the second half of the race, were absolutely stunning. Finished 321st of 585 in a creditable 1.21.21 to take the MV75 prize - made even more memorable when it was presented to me by none other than the legendary Kenny Stuart.

Yes that's me, must have been a nice easy downhill section!
