    Today's Swimming

    Well we have today's bike ride, today's lifting up heavy bits of metal and putting them down, so it's only right we have today's swimming!
    bit tricky getting into water with crutches but once in BINGO the Re-Hab has statred
    last-------
    Wednesday 40 lengths
    Thursday 40 lengths
    Friday 50 lengths
    Going to try again....

    After i got to about 20 lengths that's all i could do a sort of pony/dogging paddle

    Splashing news Amex, keep it up mate, i picked up a heavy bit of metal yesterday (a welder) and put it down again and fecked me back in, today's bike to work and home has been a painful affair. Now where's me painkillers.

    You could try fogiestroke, it's that one that old fogies do where you swim on your side to maintain good neck posture. I thought about taking up swimming to stay aerobically fit during my break, but aside from the motivation problem i just can't enjoy swimming, it gives me stabbing pains and soreness all over my neck.
