Not sure what was worse today Grifter, the sight of you haring past me on the final run in or the flash of those hideous lycra shorts you were wearing

Looking good for Sundays event... here is forecast from Weatherline:
Sunday
A wild day expected on Sunday. A gale force southerly wind quickly becoming established along with rain, some heavy through the day. There will be extensive hill fog, but at least on the mild side.
Why walk when you can run.
They're off to flag the course tomorrow whilst its clear. We're planning on a slightly longer race than traditionally. The story goes that the first year the race was run, it was going to the summit of Wansfell, but they ran out of flags at one of the earlier summits, and that's where its been to since. But someones made some more flags since then, so whoever wins will get a new record on the new course.
Fitness can't be stored. It must be earned over and over, indefinitely.
