I wouldn't worry too much about a set training programme. I don't know how much time you have to spare, where you live or anything about you, but basically you just need to get out and run. Try and run off-road, do some hilly runs, some short runs, some long runs, and get used to carrying a rucksack whilst you do it.
A useful source of info is here (obviously!) and also the Lakeland 100 website, ultra running sites, etc.
Don't get too weighed down with the science of it, just get doing some hilly off road running.

Sam, I agree with plodding bear. Don't worry about a programme, just get out and run and build up your distance / time on your feet steadily. He makes a good point about running with a rucksack too. It's very different at first to running without. I think you'll enjoy the Saunders
