My New Years Resolution is to not make any new years resolutions
My resolutions are more of a dream...but do hope they come true at some point!
To get out running more and feel fit again.
To be able to enter 3 peaks and finish in 4.30-4.45 (that will probs happen in 2012 as it would be a miracle that I'd be fit enough by April!)
To do Trollers Trot, Gisborough, Fairfireld Horseshoe, Aniversary Waltz, and Simonside Cairns again...faster!
To feel healthy, have more energy and in turn be happier.
Only one who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go. -T.S.Eliot
1. Enter Three Peaks.
2. Complete Three Peaks.
3. Any time, sub cut-off, will do.
To sort my f-f-flipping life out!
(And keep running of course)
To give up crisps (soooooooo hard!)
To do Buttermere Sailbeck (but only if husband doesn't get in the Fred Whitton)
If husband does get in the Fred Whitton, to do something else up the Lakes.
To do the CRO's Three Peaks Challenge in November - fantastic cause, and a chance to do the route without the pressure of a cut-off, and with friends in a sociable atmosphere.
I resolve to keep eating crisps, without them, my life lacks focus.
This will sound weird but mine is to not sacrifice enjoyment for improvement.
Sometimes when I'm fittest I train so hard it becomes a chore and I feel like giving up
Trying to plod up hills every day slightly faster than the day before
