198 lbs. Not trained for almost three months due to a nasty chest infection (man flu?)
Height = 6' 0.5" ~185cm.

Well I weighed in at 180lb this morning and I was fairly happy.Stagger weighing in at 192.5 lb's or 87.3 kg
From March till October I had been around or below 175lb.
Just ate and drank what I liked for last 2 weeks and climbed a couple of pounds.
But all in all a successfull year in the weight loss department.
