I am doing the same Stagger - almost one week in and I am feeling pretty good.
Perfect poached eggs and kale this morning, ran in to work with very heavy ruck sack as I am going home tonight, so had all my extra stuff to bring.
Got to work and was offered a Jaffa Cake within minutes. I resisted :closed:
