Its a problem getting people to marshal at the monument for 6 hours - can't for a minute think why

this is a short time at checkpoint!
for 12 years we ran the yarnbury checkpoint on the fellsman, this checkpoint is open for 22 hours!
we now cover cray, this is only open for about 18 hours.
if i wasn't doing the hobble i'd be happy to be at a checkpoint.
if i get round ok i'll give a hand at HQ when i finish.
