    You can combine the last two as a chant (navigation and cakes). Both of those will get you back in a time you never dreamed possible. Here's a 'taster' from last year:

    they can blame people like me for ambling along and getting lost for keeping them out so long

    Too right Ultra, I always think that at my pace I'll never experience the cut and thrust of the sharp end, but then again I have more time to have a word with the marshals for the brilliant job they do.

    So thinking positively, the speed I'll be doing on the Hobble means that I could get to know the marshals very well
