Yup. The weather looks interesting, not quite the clear skies and snow underfoot that we had last year, more low cloud, strong winds, and heavy rain

Thinking of doing either the Noon Stone or the Wild Boar race tomorrow as a warm up...

I did it last year for the first time for a few years, infact the first time since the original one, that replaced the good old Chew Valley Skyline, a classic. So as you can tell I am no spring chicken, just enjoying running again, sometimes!

Can you start off by letting us know the gender of the friend you'll be "doing it" with? That will narrow down the tips, as well as giving some AllanT some mental images for later.

In the meantime, I'm sure Daz has some er, educational, videos he can lend you...

Main tip would be to contact the organisers asap to see if they're accepting late entries - the closing date was 2 weeks ago

bloody tussocks and gale force winds on't moor. This was gruelling, especially when we just couldn't find a 30 pointer

Tough race today, ...I am obviously a novice but willing to do more of this challenging stuff. Great training

Huge thanks to the amazing organisers for putting on this event. A huge amount of time spent and fantastic food afterwards.

Thanks! I will be back x
