Some words of wisdom are sought!
Perhaps the milliion dollar question here...but what sort of approach have people taken when returning from injury?
Just over 3 weeks ago, I was stopped dead in my tracks with an intense pain in my achillies. The next day I could barely walk so common sense told me running was a no-no for a while.
After some intensive icing/Voltarol -ing/rest I am now able to walk without any pain or discomfort so I did a 10 minute (literally) test run yesterday with the dog and the same today.
However, knowing what I know about achillies issues, I really don't want to over do it and end back up at square one.
What's a sensible plan??
