    Looks really good. Love the music too.
    Who's in it and where was it filmed?
    "Get yourself together, Jones" - Ray Davies

    Re: Short Film on Fellrunning

    Through the kindness of the makers I saw the film at its premiere at the Bradford Film Festival last evening.

    It is very good.

    Of the dozens of films/programmes on fell running I have seen this was the first (I believe) where the "result" was not important because the film focuses more on the technique of winning, eg lead your rivals over rocky ground (interview with Ian Holmes), the philosophy of fell runnning (responsibility for one's own safety, at one with nature, etc) and, of course, the cameraderie.

    It has super music and some spectacular shots of head torches appearing out of total darkness.

    And all in 15 minutes!

    Let me know when would be a best if you're interested.
    Just spotted this 3 days on!
    There's a few CLEM bog trotters go in the pub I mentioned and the pub is used to such perverse activities. Any night is OK for me now I am off shifts. Just a matter of getting the word about I suppose. If you are up for it we coul start a Peel Park pub show thread and see what local interest there is.................?

    Thank You Tussockface;

    Ian Holmes and Camille Askins were the featured runners; but plenty of other runners from KCAC, Wharfedale and Ilkley are there. We filmed at a couple of night races (Great Wernside and Pondon Kirk) and Stanbury Splash.
