    so:
    forefoot running is cobblers
    aim for cadence of 90
    a few squats wouldn't go amiss
    nothing we didn't already know there then :wink:

    I always go by the adage "run tall, run soft" and if you do both of them I think you'll find your footstrike will sort itself out, and your technique will be fairly good. Simplistic but works fairly well in my experience

    I go for " live fast, die young" neither of which has happened yet......
