all flagged, you could come along and pair up with some one, the first 2 miles is straight forward and by then you will be around some one of similar ability. ask if you can tag along with them, just don't out sprint them at the finish, bad form.

Yes to Sunday, I plan to be there on Monday but I have a trip to the hospital on Monday so I'll see how that goes first.
