I confess, James, that I was incognito tonight - no brown vest and no green lycra - though seems to have had an effect; an all time Trunce PB in 30:13. Can't grumble at two PBs in two days.

you can EOD(enter on day ) at the campsite or pre enter by contacting Des Gibbons, good race this and like many at the moment pretty dry sowill be pretty fast. Stu Bond for the record!
