    Garmin Connect problems

Unlike many people, I like Garmin Connect, but recently I am having problems getting my data into it. The arrangement has always been that my latest Activity data downloads automatically into the Garmin Training Centre from my 310XT, and then a balloon message invites me to click to transfer it to Connect. However, the balloon no longer appears, and I can find no way of transferring data between the Training Centre and Connect. It appears to be possible to download directly from my 310XT to Connect, but when I try to do this it doesn't work. The Garmin helpline is closed at weekends. Of course I can ring them tomorrow, but today's run was my fastest for months, and I am longing to gloat over the full details in Connect!

Please can anyone offer a (simple!) solution?

I have had problems downloading to Garmin Connect when I had a large number of runs in the memory - a mass deletion solved this - but I do not know if your problem is the same.

Mike, do you mean the memory of the watch or of Connect?

I'm having problem downloading tracks this evening too. Possibly a problem with the Garmin Connect site?

Rang Garmin free helpline this am. Yes, there is a problem on their side. Cannot be addressed until the americans wake up this afternoon, so we can hope it will be fixed by tomorrow am.

About 3 times now my 310XT has stopped working with Training Center [sic] and SportsTracks, and become hit and miss as to whether ANT Agent uploads at all. It really looks like a PC software problem, but is solved by doing a factory reset of the watch -- which apparently has some corrupt track stored or something.
