Day trip for me also Jan, last year arrived approx an hour before race, registered - raced (1:38:30hr) back int' car at 3.55pm and enroute home...The beer tasted great that night....would liked to have stayed over for the night though...

Will be a day trip for me as well Alphin. Like to get to the venue a few hours before to get parked up and colect number. Slow drive home with very sore legs!

Looks like limit nearly reached ~ just thought I'd mention it for anyone wanting to do the race, who hasn't entered yet.

2009 Snowdon Race is FULL.

Confirmation of all accepted entries will be in the
post later this week or next week or through email.

Also the cut off point with be at Clogwyn Bridge .
3/4 way up at a time of 1hr 15mins. Cut off point on the way up.

Will you be having a waiting list for this race? Rather than panic enter I held on to make sure I could do the race, only to log on yesterday to do my entry and find the race full. Gutted, as done this race for last 4 years and was trying to make a regular thing of it. Doh, shouldn't have been so dopey as I know how frenzied entries for races have got!
