Helvellyn

I'm on holiday by Ullswater in June and would like to climb Helvellyn and incorporate some running. I've not been in that area before. I was going to start at Glencoyne then climb to Sticks Pass then along the summits to Dollwagon Pike then descend via Tarn Crag/Falcon Crag then past Ruthwaite Lodge then down a path which on the map says Grisedale.

Is the above route a good runnable route or would someone suggest something better?
