Named in House of Commons
Is he guilty???
Make's a mockery of his clean image now and paying to keep it quite suggests he is.
He was being asked to pay to keep the story quiet and I think that's the nub of the issue.
If he's had an affair, that's one thing and that's between him and his wife.
If there's evidence to suggest he may have been blackmailed, that's another and the term "blackmail" came from the judge it seems, not from the Giggs camp.
As usual, the Daily Mash gives the real news story...

Headline news on BBC now...well that certainly backfired monumentally!
The guy's a complete prat for ever thinking he was going to get away with this one. There's two people in the story, and one of them isn't part of the injunction. Whilst Imogen Thomas was notionally gagged from naming him, she was still able to talk about it to some degree.
She was clearly quite happy about this as she was able to use this to further her musical ambitions. Doing giggs in Manchester was just the start of it.
... and who is the other Premier footballer who has a Super Injunction .....? Any clues anyone ....?
Paul C.
