    But he should start with the short races.
    I'm 70 and very slow but still enjoy the fells

    I have the copy of Judiths Run that I got from FITC, who got it from Zinal and I believe it is Tom's. Tom send me your address and I wil return it to you or is it going via somewhere else first?
