Refreshments including freshly baked scones and sandwiches I believe, will be available in the Peoples hall provided by the local WI from 10.00.
For those with younger children there is a good play park at the hall and for athletes that wish to do a good warm up there is a large flat grass area at the hall which is a two minute jog to the start. This area is also good for a game of football after the races.
I hope everyone has a great day.
The FRA English Junior Uphill Championships are taking place tomorrow at Sedbergh. Races start from 12.00. Weather looks changeable, so runners are reminded to be prepared for some rain and that those in the U14, U16, U18 may be required to wear or carry a waterproof top.
Prize giving for individual and team championships will take place at approx.2.30 and the prizes, medals, and trophies will be presented by Robb Jebb.
