Inov8 Shoes

I did like the Mizuno's but they are a bit wide fitting for my skinny feet.

Hopey, the Walsh PBs are meant to be narrow fitting (but not the wider fitting ultra models) so I will be trying these as my race shoes, to be fair though I have had no problem with longevity of my inovs just the pricing has made me swap brands.
After our fleeting fairfield introduction are you doing any more lakeland races this year?

I've been injured since Fairfield, problems with my knee!
As soon as it's right I'll be back in the lakes, going to be at the Grisedale Horseshoe.

Walshes and mizuno wave harriers for me! Given that the harrier is officially a 'trail' shoe, I'd love to see a mizuno 'fell' shoe hit the shelves...

I've got a pair & was well-impressed by them, when I worethem for my first 'proper' fell-race; the 2010 'Stanbury Splash' (originally bought to run the 'Trunces' in, after a first attempt in road-shoes)
