Good going down !!
The 190s are a little lighter and less durable than the 212s. Mudclaws are an altogether more robust shoe with serious grip, though are obviously heavier and a little less responsive than the X-Talons. I'm pretty sure the Inov-8 website and/or the countless shoe threads on here will tell you all you could ever wish to know!

I wear Mudclaw 272s, primarily because they're about the only shoe I can get that fits my fat feet! There are significant differences to the X-Talons though, nowhere near as light (for sure) but as Hank says, they offer serious grip.
I saw this on Saturday morning when I was supporting a BGR attempt, we were coming down Seat Sandal and it was as muddy as hell. Two of us were in mudclaws, two in talons. All I can say is that those in mudclaws descended on our feet ....
