    We're all very wet and muddy now. Good evening out. Sophie enjoyed it a lot. We couldn't hang around to see the seniors. Someone let us know how everyone got on please?

    No problems. I did. I enjoyed the run, except for the tarmac at the end.

    Crow Hill, the road section looked a right teeth rattler. Got loads of photos of most runners coming down road, all except the last one as I had to go. I will put link up when I've sorted them out.

    Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Been helping Ben on his successful BG . That slippery road was horrible in new fell shoes - I came down very timidly.
