hi there - can you tell me about these radio stations - I was trying to listen to itv4 this aft (which shows pictures too) on the phone while working outdoors for an hour! and used up a quarter of my data roaming quota - If i could get a radio station through the phone (or even through my tiny portable radio !) that would be better.

and while I'm here has anybody got the itv4 play list from 2010 - I'm looking to try and remember the tune they played at the end of the show when andy schleck went into yellow? was it stage 14 one of the mountain stages I think?

Because the Tour has been lost by 8 seconds before....all time matters. Personally I feel he is trying to ride himself into form but I also think Frank may prove to be slightly stronger

Yeah so save yourself for the mountains were you can loss some major time. I'd be concerned about his form when he starts to lose some serious time, until then I think he's good and just riding his game plan. So far I don't feel to bothered about GC, i'm more interested in the performances of the likes of Spartacus, Gilbert and Voigt. Though as I've previously said, I wish Sagan was riding.

Good to hear Cuddles beat Contador. Would be happy to see either Schleck or Cuddles win, preferably after attacking Contador after his chain had fallen off!

Contador just on the deck and brakovich as well. Yes i am watching the tour whilst working. Wiggins just getting back into the group after a tchnical.
