I called in to see Tim Davies and his Dad Eddie today. Apparently Tim 'blew up' bigtime at a championship race at weekend.
Meanwhile little brother Andy, having finished the football season decided midweek - on a whim - that he fancied running his first marathon at the weekend. No specific training, just a few light runs behind him, 3 days later he drove up to Edinburgh ...... and came 6th in 2.37.
Apparently thought he had set off a bit too slow and should have gone faster. Eddie is trying to get him back on the fells as he's such a good climber.
