Training

Hi, I am fairly new to fell running, although I did do Ingelborough at the weekend! and I am looking for some training, in particular around navigation as I seem to have lost the ability to read a map and compass does anyone know of any such courses run in the North? I am based in North Yorkshire. I have found a navigation course but it would be good to find one that included some fell running techniques as well. Thanks.

Join the FRA and you can go on one of their navigation courses. They're held twice a year I think and they're cheap as chips and very good by all accounts.
