    Training and fitness help

Hi.I must be mad, but having done a couple of peak district mini mountain marathons, my work mate has talked me into joining him in Wales on the RAB! Now my fitness isn't superhuman, and my running isn't exactly fluid but I'm up for a challenge and a good weekend in the hills! So, my question is, what should I be focussing on for some training? I'm out every other day trying to rack up some miles currently, most of this is road/old railway line stuff, and I'm only doing 4 or 5 miles!Am I nuts?

Are you mad? who knows see a psychiatrist:wink:

    Have a good un
