Escorted the SO to a job interview in Cambridge and there seems to be a distinct lack of hills to run up and down, or was I in the wrong area? Ended up with a run along a canal, but can see that would get a bit boring!

If you want hills in Cambridge you are going to have to be very inventive or have a fast car!
My sister-law-used to live in Bar Hill near Cambridge. Presumably that has at least a small hill.
