    Re: Pendleton

I have the results of the Pendleton fell race in xlsx format (office 2007).
I am having problems opening it at home as I do not have office 2007 at home and all the converter files do not seem to work (download problems).
If anyone can open it could they save it as an xls file and email me or pm me with the file so I can publish it as a pdf file (otherwise it will tomorrow before I can put it on the website).

    Thanks
    Martin

Not sure about the technical stuff Martin, but the results are on the FRA 'results' section and they look ok to me. Hope that helps.

I tried to open it Martin, but my virus checker told me it had a trojan. Might want to be careful.

Post race beer helps any condition, Mapper, from verticality downwards

Stayed on for a couple more when you lot had gone. Sitting in the sun with my dogs, like an old man. Very pleasant.

If you've got an earlier version of Office you can download a compatibility update from Microsoft here which allows it to work with Office 2007 format files.

    Re: Pendleton

Thanks for your replies. I have been having problems with my internet connection, it has been very slow and intermittent. Last night I tried to download the 2007 converter files several times but I kept loosing connection (the file was 27Mb). I could just about post something on this site (if I waited long enough). The connection seems to be back to normal now and I have converted the file and also the results are now on appeared on this website so there is no urgent need.

    Thanks
    Martin

So, what's it like being the second wealthiest club in Manchester then?
