Running Pendleton, meandering back to the van and suddenly realising that the little key pocket on your shorts is empty, and that all of your phones, money, warm clothing and the lovely flapjack you bought beforehand are going to stay locked in for a while yet.
...or getting back to the car after dark in the winter, having run around the hills in the snow near Kettlewell, and finding that the top pocket of the rucksack, where you put the car key, is open, and empty.

Hills and Guinness!
... or, getting back to a warm car after a cold run and discovering that a tyre is flat.
... or, trying to drive off and finding that the place you'd parked has turned into a bog in your absence.
