I'm dead chuffed to see you back Al! Did you get my email a couple of months ago about running and gut problems? I found a wonder cure - Lepicol. Half a teaspoon every day in a glass of water. Not had a single issue since I started on it (touch wood).

Im trying to rack my brains but Im struggling to remember.
I'll admit that I havent the foggiest what Lepicol is, but if it works for you then I will certainly consider trying it! Now....id better google it!
