Hi, this is Mrs Fell Top Teddy. Has anyone done this 7 miler (coming up this Saturday)? I wondered what the navigation was like? My skills are ok but as I tend to be towards the back it would be useful to know. Cheers

I asked the same question to the organiser, who replied:

The race has been planned with new comers in mind so it's a straight forward as I can get it. It will be partially marked to keep runners to the path but basically it's one path up via The Deri, to the trig, then one path down The Rholben. I'll have a map with the route marked on it for people to view at the registration and I'll bring b&w photo copies.

Just come back from this. No worries on the route as there was some tape and could see a few runners in the distance! Very wild on the top of the loaf
