Currently being crocked dosen't help but it still makes me want to go out for a run!

He says he does 400 press ups......every day!

    I don't think I've done 400 in my life!

Just picked it up again after starting to read it a few months ago.

He has just gone blind whilst doing the Western States 100 but still carried on. He would run for 5 hours before a day at work in coprorate USA.

Good read, quite motivational but he must have a different physique to most of us

I think it demonstrates what can be achieved if you don't let pain, injuries, exhaustion etc get in the way of completing an event. Unfortunately it reminded me of the state I was in when I finished the Peris Horseshoe...

The man makes it look easy.

Take a look at him here (especially any ladies out there )

    www.ultramarathonman.com

The 60 Minutes show is worth a watch. And the 'number 7 bad boy' clip.

After running 199 miles, he ran the last mile in sub 6 minutes. He's currently got the record for the longest continuous run...262 miles.
