yeah and in the short time he has been running he has got really good
The race does not always go to the swift, but to the ones who keep running

A nice race this one really enjoyed it (apart from the asking for pins )

One interesting points where the people in walshes slipping on the cobbles, I had mudclaw 270s on and had no problems at all

I wish I had my mudclaws on especially for the descent through the forrest. I had my innov8 trailly type shoes. Whatever there called.

I was slipping all over on the cobbles on the way up and was not confident coming down through the forest.

Good little race though and thanks to organisors and marshalls.

Did anyone clock David near Holcombe Tower?

Good fast race yesterday - all runnable except for the cobbles which were treacherous in studs. Enjoyed the race except for being overtaken in woods by rossie whippersnapper who descended better than me . Was interesting that there was a representative from UK Athletics there who was handing out the prizes.

Good race last night. The skate up the cobbles in my walshes at the start was different, but some good running after the Tower. Nice to meet you again last night Jamie.

    Holcombe Two Towers

I think I might have a go at this on Wednesday night, but I'm sure it was longer than 4 miles last year?
