    I did join both FRA and WFRA, haven't got out on any runs, yet,and probably won't for another year, at least:thunbdown:, see my post here:

    have found out my microfracture wasn't successful and need to have it done again, so no running before then or for at least 6 months after it.Probably have surgery in the autumn, as for 'national selection' I am not ever likely to be selected for anything! let alone national teams! Just a plodder:wink:
