Seems these have been around on the net for a while and due for release early next year. They look like a really good all-round minimal gym shoe, but ransacker states rrp of £110!

"That was the night everything changed"
I don't know what to think about Inov-8 anymore. I appreciate that for them to be a profitable and successful business they need to diversify and expand, but I can't help think their ever expanding range is turning them a bit soul less. I always use to respect them for producing great off-road shoes only and filling a broad gap in the market. I bought one of the first (and still one of the best in my view) Mudroc 290s. Then they went on to a dizzying array of off-road shoes for every possible use, then parkour shoes, road shoes, and now these x-fit shoes. All good kit no doubt but...
The cost of their shoes is getting crazy and I wonder how much this is due to the need for R&D for new products and product launches in an already very competitive market.
Released first week of february if anyone is interested.

Sure that won't bother X-fitters, you're talking about people who'll pay hundreds of dollars for various dubious certification weekends (crossfit jump rope cert? lol), on top of hundreds each month for questionable personal training in their gym. One hundred + for a pair of shiny new trainers is nothing.
