    Thanks to all involved and cheers for booking the glorious weather. Congratulations to race winners Ted Mason and Sharon Taylor. At 9.3 miles and 3000ft this must be a contender for the hardest midweek night race in the calendar?

    Brill race. Thanks to all who made it possible and the helpers on the hill.

    Special mention to Rachel from Bowland who offered assistance when I threw myself in to the mud.
    And yep you did go sub 8min/mile for the last mile.

    9.3m Darren although only recorded 2400ft ascent.

    slightly longer route up blease fell due to trees being planted ,follow the fence line should be a cracking night
