    UU may ask you not to recce but as it is mostly open access moorland. Therefore you are out for a run that happens to take in parts of the race route. What you need to remember is that one section is on private land.

    The bit from the track down to checkpoint seven and then back up to the track is on private land.

    It doesn't need reccing, too many people are reccing it, theres a clear path round now. And please no gel wrappers the course is littered with :-(

    One less gel wrapper after i picked 1 up yesterday. It's not just about knowing the route for the sake of going wandering,it's a effort thing to.(on race day)
    Did Lostock not do one not that long back anyway?
