    Overweight to Raceweight goal

Following the mild interest in last years "Overweight confessions thread" I suggets this time we change it a little.

Lets see who can drop their weight to meet their prefered race weight.

State your Current weight at time of your first post and your Goal Raceweight.

We will try to colate it in to a table and monitor progress probably twice a month.

Stagger 180lb(12st-12lb) Goal Raceweight 162lb(11st-8lb) Hope to achieve before end of May 2012

And for those of us who don't race?

Anyway current 172lbs, would be happy with anything from 170lbs-180lbs with less bodyfat. Going to do the calculations tomorrow for some exact numbers. Ideal weight, and % bodyfat may take longer than a year to reach. So i'll be happy with anywhere in that region as long as % bodyfat decreases.
