64.5kg so a little less but still not good. Probably lost a bit sweating and plodding my way round Baildon on Sunday, and the 7 miles last night. But, am now having to take a week off as my planter facsitis is so bad it is making my ankle and calf ache too much and, on top of that, my second toe, same foot, which already has a double black nail from Ripon Ultra in October, has now blown up with a massive blister of blood and gore again, it was like that in October, and it hurts! So am forced to rest to try and get rid of these little niggles, and the sun has come out, not fair, suppose I can wear sandals now and frighten people of with my attractive feet.

78.4kg. (+0.7) Too much something. But certainly not "will power" - of which I have none

166lb no excuse, just over ate and drank over Easter.
Back to the stricter diets now.
Having read people's comments, I have to say I am very dissapointed. There is just no will power being displayed here. I think it is time that some consequences are applied to failures within this thread. I am thinking along the lines of Stephen King's "Quitters Inc."
