63kg... expected it to be quite a bit lower than that! Must be putting on muscle.
my weights so up and down its not worth recording just now!! I was 12st 3lb one day now I'm 12st 4lb and bits, works scales say 12st 7lb so I've stopped believing those as I think they've been fiddled with. Theres no real steady loss or gain. Holding steady I guess!
