eavesy187, can you delete your post that has the table in it as it my cause confusion if somebody updates an earlier version of it.
The same goes for anybody else that reposts an edited version of the table.
We will try to only have the one version of it.
79.5 kg 15.6% bodyfat 22.5 bmi. On scales at home when I got up off nights. Do I need to update the table? If so how is it done!? Cheers.
